April 20, 2005	I was planning on putting a post up about a couple of very stupid gaffs committed by the news anchor last night (i.e. Cardinal John Ratzenberger has become Pope - for those of you not in the know, it is Joseph Ratzenberger who became Pope, John Ratzenberger played Cliff on Cheers...) But I thought it would be impolitic to reveal too much about where I work as such things have a habit of coming back and biting bloggers on the the ass. So what to post instead? Hmmm, I don't know. I do know I have finally decided that I will be out of TV news within one year or die trying. I have had it past every level of tolerance I possess. The ultimate last straw was on Friday when I was referred to as "That Girl" rather than by my name. I would even have rathered been referred to by my assigned job than by "That Girl." After working with that person practically every day and knowing they never deemed me worthy of even remembering my name just pisses me off . Sure, I know that person is a self absorbed bitch and total dickwad but it bothers me none the less. I am having severe migraines again so it it time to go back to acupunture. I had a strobing migraine a while ago which did not want to go away so it rebounded and hit me again a week later. I have not had a strobing migraine in quite a while. At first, I didn't know what it was. I thought I was having a detached retina - then the pain hit. I had stopped going to acupunture because it was expensive and my company insurance plan does not cover it. But I guess I will have to find the cash. *sigh* ·  1:34 PM : 4 comments
