The Oxford Project
A photographer sets up shop and photograhs 670 people in a tiny town. 20 years later, he comes back and does it again.
It is amazing how much and how little people can change in those years. Between the photos are bits of life stories told by the subjects of the pictures. I have no idea why it affects me so much, but I find it absolutely beautiful. These are real people with all the joys and heartache that life gives them, condensed into small shining jewels.
