Still Alive
I've been ill since last Tuesday. While visiting my family, I caught a Norovirus. Of course, it decided to express itself the night before I was supposed to leave. I vomited every quarter to the hour from 11:45pm to 9:45am when my Mom was able to get to the pharamacy and get me Gravol. Then I passed out for a couple of hours. Coming back to Toronto was exciting. I was never sure what was going to happen. The fact my travel was delayed by over 2 hours just added to the whole experience. Finally, by Sunday, I started to feel better but uh-oh, TBIT was ill. Horribly so. Around the time I was heading home, he was developing a sore throat which would turn into the worst case of flu he's had in a very long time. Now I have that. My throat is on fire, I'm stuffed up and sneezing and am just waiting for the fever and aches he experienced. Yay.
To make myself feel better I did my usually surfing and found a Linkbunnies link that cheered me up immensely. Note to executive types: never hire South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker to make your employee training film unless you are prepared for the results.
